1. Delivery time might vary incase of accidents, natural disruptions & calamities. Also, incase of technical error or equipment issues.

2. Cafe at home shall not be liable for any defects in food. C@H determines the price and the availability of the product by its own.

3. All the prices and availability are made by the merchants. Any extra charges applicable such as container charges, are managed and controlled by the merchants. 

4. Cafe at home shall not deliver items in areas which fall outside the scope of the service. While adding the address, Cafe at home shall determine such delivery availability.

5. You shall undertake to provide accurate directions and information at the time of the delivery to the delivery executive. If such delivery is not made within the required time due to the wrong information provided to the delivery executive, then in such case Cafe at home shall not be held responsible and you shall bear the cancellation of late delivery.

6. In case of excess consumption of coffee or Tea ,Cafe@Home is not responsible for any issues incurred in such acts.

7. Free Delivery on orders above Rs120 and more within 3km. Below Rs120, a delivery charge of Rs15 will be applied.

8. cafe@home maitains utmost hygiene and safety in the process of carrying out its business at any given time.Standards are maintained according to the govenment of india safety standards.
